Make a family movement plan

Monday - Sunday

Each idea you create & write down do:

10 squats

1 plank

20 star jumps

3 downward dogs to squats and back

15 second sprint to an agreed upon landmark

30 seconds with a skipping rope

1 minute balance on 1 leg


Play handball wearing a dress up and using a foreign accent of your choice

Boot camp it up! Create an obstacle course inside or outside. Keep a poker face while you do it

Pretend you are in a cage. Count down from 5 and then yell: escape!


Imagine busting out of a cage and running for your life as an escaped prisoner. Make sure you sprint/fast run for at least 30 seconds or else you risk capture.


Repeat this 5 times!
