Digital for Teachers

Welcome

You are now part of a school community that we make a priority to support. We are thrilled that you have decided to invest in Grow Your Mind Digital for Teachers.

Our resources have been created with a busy teacher in mind and there are two simple explainer videos on the digital site to get you started. Use the digital offering of resources for a minute during circle time or extend into lesson plans and units of work. They are designed to make wellbeing visible and consistent across year levels. We have a strong focus on brain health, resilience and compassion.

You can go straight to Grow Your Mind Digital for Teachers (the link is also in the side navigation bar) or read on to learn more about how to use our platform.

HOW TO GET THE MOST FROM YOUR SUBSCRIPTION

Prioritise your own wellbeing

Prioritise your own wellbeing! Teaching can feel incredibly stressful, much of this is beyond our control. Luckily there are many ways you can buffer against the detrimental effects of negative stress. We have two (2) teacher wellbeing courses available, one is even available to do at your leisure online. More information here.

Grow Your Mind Is Not...

Please bear in mind that Grow Your Mind is not aiming to be:

  • A self-esteem program
  • A behaviour management program
  • A happiness program
  • A silver bullet to all ill mental health in your school

ASK, SHARE, POST AND ANSWER YOURSELF

We love to use social media as a force for good so find us on Instagram and join our Facebook schools group. We often get asked questions about implementation or if the program is suitable for a preschooler, a grade 5 class, a high school setting, etc. Joining our group will mean you can post and share ideas, ask questions, make interesting connections and have your questions answered by teachers in a variety of school contexts.

Finish on a note of gratitude

We wanted to give you our teacher appreciation cards. Simply print out and share amongst the school staff, we have found it to be a valuable and authentic way for people to recognise their fellow workers.

Please keep in touch. We love hearing from people and we endeavour to answer emails quickly.
